We envision a community where all youth have access to opportunities that help them grow into confident, empowered leaders.

Our Mission

At Kansas City Rebels Youth, our mission is to provide under-resourced youth with a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where they can engage in sports, mentorship, and leadership development.

Through our programs, we strive to build confidence, teach critical life skills, promote self-growth, and prevent violence, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive both on and off the field, regardless of their circumstances. By fostering positive relationships and teaching conflict resolution, we actively work to prevent violence and provide an alternative to street involvement, guiding our youth toward brighter futures and stronger communities.

Our Core Values

  • Inclusion

We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to participate, grow, and excel, regardless of financial or social barriers.

  • Respect

We encourage respect for oneself, teammates, coaches, and community, promoting positive relationships that last a lifetime.

  • Violence Prevention

We believe in the power of sports and mentorship to prevent violence by providing positive outlets, teaching conflict resolution, and creating safe spaces for under-resourced youth to express themselves and build healthy relationships. We are dedicated to reducing street involvement by offering a constructive alternative rooted in teamwork, discipline, and respect.

  • Community

We are committed to fostering a sense of belonging, teamwork, and connection, cultivating leaders who will contribute positively to society.

  • Empowerment

We strive to empower our youth by developing their physical, mental, and emotional strength, encouraging them to believe in their abilities. We aim to empower youth to believe in their potential and pursue their dreams, both on the field and beyond.
